PRISM HR REVIEWS UPDATE
They recently had an update and I can't tell if it is the software or the PEO, but no data changes we made in the past three weeks were saved and we are having a challenge trying to reconcile the data. Our PEO offers a mobile app version of it as well. The reporting access is decent and so is the data entry it just isn't the most user friendly interface. The system is not bad for being smaller, but I did like BambooHR better. Other PEOs said they have different levels of admin access, but I would ask for the highest level so you can make all of your own changes. It is also a hassle to ensure that every change is approved and constantly following up takes time. We can't add a title to the system they have to do it.

I would definitely ask for full administrative access, as we do the data entry, but have to have everything approved by them which has caused issues with people not being paid on time, etc. Really depends what sort of projects you are working on, and what your priorities are : ) Also ADP, Impraise/ some other Onboarding/ document sharing tool) Its common to see companies using ADP, Lattice, Hibob now adays.

I think a lot of startup founders want to leave the mega-vendors (Ultipro, workday, etc) alone. There really aren't any startups focusing on larger companies, unfortunately. ( We use ADP workforce now and our broker uses Benetrac for open enrollment) We just started with them and they are building custom integrations for us for our payroll and benefits admin portal. They can pretty much do everything you may need but it's a bit simple.įor companies with a focus on IT- Rippling is good- but very admin focused.įor companies coming off a PEO and are cool with paying for payroll and benefits brokerage access- zenefits is good but I've heard they are not great for companies over 100 employees.įor mid-size- Hibob is a good option is you need real high-quality data.
